About Us:

We are a small locally owned business that grows out a delicious oyster. This oyster farm is located at an area called Egg Island. It is an island that only comes out of the water during big moon negative low tides. So our oysters have a lot of under the water time which is great for faster growing times and a wonderful taste with a nice thick shell.
